Privacy Policy

How your information supports your account, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Who is responsible for your information

This privacy notice is provided by Velmora Capital. This notice concerns information handled through velmoracapital.com, its investor portal and communications about those services.

For a privacy question or request, email velmora.cap@gmail.com, with “Privacy request” in the subject.

Information used by the service

  • Account and contact details: your name, email address, mobile number, account identifiers and verification status.
  • Documents you provide: identity and address documents, PAN, signed agreements, profile information and nominee details where requested for your account.
  • Account administration: bank details supplied for payments, deposit proofs, transaction requests, statements and records of their processing.
  • Communications: enquiries, support requests and related correspondence.
  • Technical and security information: browser and session identifiers, IP addresses and request information used to operate the website, verify sign-ins and limit abuse.

The information required depends on the feature you use. Browsing public pages does not require you to upload identity or banking documents. Provide another person’s details, including nominee information, only where you are entitled to do so and have informed them.

Why information is used

Information is used to create and administer accounts, verify contact methods, deliver requested sign-in codes, maintain records, process account instructions, respond to enquiries, investigate errors and protect the service from unauthorised use. Relevant records may also be needed to meet applicable legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Requesting an OTP is a request for a verification message. It is not permission for unrelated promotional messages. Any marketing that requires consent must use a separate choice.

Service providers and disclosures

Operating the portal involves providers of website hosting, email delivery, security and SMS verification. Phone verification uses MSG91, which processes the phone number and verification-related information needed to provide that service. Email codes are delivered through the website’s email service. Telecommunications networks also handle message delivery.

Authorised personnel may access information when needed for account administration and support. Relevant information may be disclosed to professional advisers or competent authorities where necessary and lawful, including to comply with a valid legal request or resolve a dispute.

Third-party services may process information in locations outside your own country. Their processing is also subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices. Contact us if you need information about a provider involved in your account.

Some site pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When these fonts are requested, Google receives technical request information, including your IP address and browser information.

Cookies and sign-in technology

The website and portal use cookies and similar storage for functions such as authenticated sessions, sign-in security and interface preferences. The phone-verification flow also loads a third-party verification service when you select that option.

You can manage or remove cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can prevent sign-in or disrupt verification. Where optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, their purposes and any required choices must be disclosed before use.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Account, agreement and transaction records may need to be retained for applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. A request to close an account therefore may not permit immediate deletion of every record. Contact us for the retention basis applying to your information.

Sign-in codes have limited validity. Technical expiry of a code does not necessarily mean that every associated security log or backup is deleted at the same time.

The portal uses authentication and security checks to protect access. No online system is completely secure. Protect your devices and contact accounts, and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Never send passwords, OTPs or banking security credentials to support.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can contact us to request access to or correction of your information, closure of your account, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Do not include identity documents in your first email; we will explain what verification is needed.

Some requests may be limited by applicable law, recordkeeping obligations or the need to establish or defend a legal claim. We will explain a relevant limitation. Withdrawing information needed for a feature may mean that feature can no longer be provided.

You may raise a privacy complaint through the contact above and pursue remedies available under applicable law. This notice does not restrict those rights.

Children, other websites and changes

Investor account services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has created an account or provided information in error, contact us so that we can investigate. Any information supplied about a minor nominee requires particular care and appropriate authority.

This notice does not govern independent third-party websites reached through external links. Read their notices before submitting information.

We will show a revision date when this notice changes. A material new use of information may require an additional notice or consent under applicable law.
